Congratulations to all our Balbhavan students who successfully completed our 2024 Mission Super 40 program.
Under the guidance of Dr Vinay Koparkar and in collaboration with KYB, Snehalaya has initiated the Mission Super 40 program to provide guidance and opportunities for our Balbhavan youth to make the right career choices and develop their personal skills. It aims to create a pool of high-performing young people who can positively impact society and contribute to our country's progress. By focusing on their mental, physical, intellectual, educational, and professional wellbeing, Mission Super 40 seeks to guide youth towards becoming exemplary citizens.
It was a truly transformative experience for those involved as they covered a wide range of topics, from understanding the functioning of the government to learning about cybercrimes and agriculture. It also highlighted the importance of education, providing to 40 youngsters with the necessary tools to strive for greatness in their future endeavours. A workshop at Snehalaya’s head office offered hands-on learning experiences and an opportunity to showcase the practical application of the knowledge they had gained through the program.
Our Mission Super 40 set ambitious goals to empower and guide youths with focused career guidance, vocational training, personal development and leadership in academic excellence to transform the lives of young individuals. Furthermore, we will focus on developing personal skills and virtues, fostering leadership qualities and teamwork, and empowering youth to explore new ideas and opportunities. By providing resources for sustainable careers and encouraging self-confidence and self-reliance, we hope to cultivate a generation of strong, confident individuals who are ready to take on the challenges of the future.
Our overall aim is to create a sense of social unity and values among the youth, while also promoting excellence, respect, humility, and ethical conduct. By fostering a symbiotic relationship between education and social connections, we hope to create a holistic approach to personal and professional development. Let us hope we have indeed empowered and inspired the next generation to achieve their full potential and contribute positively to society.
